How do you commission a drawing or painting?
If you would like to commission an acrylic painting or pencil drawing of a pet or favourite animal then all you need to do is, choose your favourite picture and send me a clear, high resolution photograph by email. It is important to have a good quality photograph so that I am able to see the detail in the subject and achieve the best results. If you are unsure of which photos would be best then I am more than happy to assist you in choosing the best image for the artwork, if you would like to send me a selection of photographs then that’s absolutely fine. If you would like more than one animal on the artwork then I do not need them on the same photo as I know how hard it is to get a picture of one animal never mind trying to get more than one together.
A 20% deposit is required to book in your commission, your artwork would normally be completed within 3-4 weeks from agreed start date. On completion of the artwork, I will email you a photograph of it. Once you have seen this and are completely happy with it, then the rest of the payment can be made securely online by PayPal, Apple Pay, credit /debit card or bank transfer. I give an unconditional guarantee that you are not obliged to buy the finished painting if you decide not to. All UK shipping is included within the price quoted
