I’m Matt Lloyd, the artist and founder behind MJLArt. As a lifelong animal lover, I understand just how deeply our pets become part of our families. They bring us joy, comfort, and unconditional love—and that’s exactly what inspires my work. I’m passionate about creating bespoke pet portraits that go beyond the surface, capturing the unique character and spirit of each beloved animal. Whether it’s a thoughtful gift for a friend, a heartfelt tribute to a cherished companion, or a special keepsake just for you, my goal is to deliver artwork that holds lasting meaning.
Over the past few years, I’ve been honoured to receive a growing number of commissions from pet lovers across the UK. I also regularly exhibit my work at dog shows throughout the Midlands, where I enjoy connecting with fellow animal enthusiasts and sharing the stories behind my portraits.
